Return Policy

Return Policy offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please package up your return and use ID PR751784 to print a return label here.

You can also package the return and take it to your closest Canada Post and have them create a return label with your Invoice Number.

Please note, the amount for the return shipping will be deducted from your return refund.  All products must be returned unworn, in the original packaging and please include the packing slip with the return.
Due to current circumstance, we have extended our Return Policy, and you can bring returns to our stores once they re-open.

Due to US Customs, all sales shipped to the USA are final.
In-Store returns: We ask that during the shutdown period, please refrain from returning items for a refund. 
We will honour any in-store refunds once we are able to re-open.  Exchanges for a different size of the same or similar item will be possible - please phone the store ahead of time, or contact us at so that we can make sure we are able to have the item at the location for you.
