Return Policy

As of October 3, 2023, Cheslers Shoes and cheslershoes.com offers a 10-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return to one of our store locations for a refund or exchange.

All products must be returned unworn, in the original packaging.

If you made a purchase online before October 3, 2023, please refer to the old Policy:

Cheslershoes.com offers a 10-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please package up your return and use ID PR751784 to print a return label here.

You can also package the return and take it to your closest Canada Post and have them create a return label with your Invoice Number.

All products must be returned unworn, in the original packaging and please include the packing slip with the return.

Due to US Customs, all sales shipped to the USA are final.
Returns for online orders can be processed in a store location near you.  Exchanges for a different size of the same or similar item will also be possible - please phone the store ahead of time, or contact us at customerservice@cheslershoes.com so that we can make sure we are able to have the item at the location for you.
