Return Policy

Cheslers Shoes and cheslershoes.com offers a 10-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return to one of our store locations if you are able, for a refund or exchange.  Refunds cannot be processed by staff in the stores - staff will contact our website manager to issue your refund to the original credit card.  Exchanges for a different size of the same or similar item will be possible - please phone the store ahead of time, or contact us at customerservice@cheslershoes.com so that we can make sure we are able to have the item at the location for you.
If you choose to return your purchase by mail, please package up your return and use ID PR751784 to print a return label here.
You can also package the return and take it to your closest Canada Post and have them create a return label with your Invoice Number.

All products must be returned unworn, in the original packaging and please include the packing slip with the return.

Due to US Customs, all sales shipped to the USA are final.
