Cheslers always offers Free Store Pickup in any of our store locations.

We offer a program where you can choose up to 4 shoes to try on in a store, and only purchase what works for you.  See details of our "Try On In Store" HERE

 

Because of a Canada Post delivery disruption:

We also offer reliable options from Canada Post for delivery anywhere in Canada and Continental USA.

• * Canada Post - Expedited Service - Packages sent within Canada are estimated to arrive within 3 - 10 business days* from order date (*Rural addresses generally take 10-14 business days).
• * Canada Post - Xpresspost Service - Packages sent within Canada are estimated to arrive within 2 - 7 business days* from order date (*Rural addresses generally take up to 7 business days).
• * Canada Post - Small Packet USA Air Service - Packages sent within USA are estimated to arrive within 10 - 14 business days from order date.  Orders shipping to the USA may take longer, due to US Customs, and cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.
• When your order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified via a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order.
